Who we are
SetForward is an offline-first workout logging app currently offered in private beta. Questions about this policy can be sent tosupport@setforward.app.
Private beta application form
When you submit the beta interest form atsetforward.app/beta, we collect the information you provide so we can assess your application and contact you about the private beta.
Information collected
- Name
- Email address
- Platform interest (Android for current private beta, iPhone for a future testing waitlist, or both)
- Device model (optional)
- Training experience level
- Whether you are willing to provide feedback
- Optional comments
- Your consent choices for beta contact and optional product updates
Why we collect it
- To review and prioritise beta applications
- To contact you about your application or an invitation to test
- To send occasional product news and release updates only if you opt in to marketing communications
Registering interest does not guarantee beta access. We review applications manually and contact applicants when a suitable testing place becomes available. Private beta builds are Android-first; iPhone interest is stored for a future testing waitlist.
Service providers
We use the following providers to operate the beta signup form and related communications:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security checks (Turnstile), and form processing
- Supabase — secure storage of beta application records
- Resend — sending signup confirmation emails
These providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States and other locations where they operate infrastructure.
Who may access it
Beta application records are accessible to SetForward operators who manage the private beta. They are not published or sold.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access to or correction of the personal information you submitted with a beta application. Emailsupport@setforward.app.
If you opted in to product news, you can unsubscribe from future promotional emails when we send them.
Other information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with SetForward, we may also process:
- Support emails and the details you include in them
- Account identifiers and workout-related data you create in the app if you are invited to the private beta
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the website (for example request metadata from Cloudflare)
We keep beta applications and related records while they are needed to run the private beta, respond to requests, or meet legal obligations. When they are no longer needed, we delete or anonymise them.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Operate the marketing site and beta application process
- Provide the private beta product to invited testers
- Respond to support and deletion requests
- Improve reliability and usefulness of SetForward
- Send product updates only where you have opted in
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to host the site, store beta applications, send transactional email, and provide support. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the service.

You can contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account or beta application.
